Audi A6 S Line Non Fault Accident Repair

Another non fault accident repair.
We were contacted by this customer after his insurer was giving him incorrect information and not offering him a courtesy car or choice of where he is entitled to have his car repaired. He wished to chose ourselves after reading his insurers repairer reviews and not having confidence in their repairs. Only reason an insurer would do this is to reduce repair costs at the customers expense. The insurers are putting their own costs before the customers best interests!
We had this customer in a courtesy car within 24 hours and car repaired to a higher standard than his insurers bodyshop.

Was refused by most but IA Bodyshop took the custom job on and must admit it surprised me and the owner at how well it turned out. Would like to say a big thank you to Immy for making my car look more beautiful than before. I will definately use IA Bodyshop again and recommend to family and friends.
