BMW 140i Carbon Tip Tailpipe Fitted

Our customer had his car booked in at another bodyshop for a new rear diffuser and carbon tip tailpipes to be fitted.
Customer took his car to have the work carried out but was let down when he was advised they could not honour his booking.
Customer called us obviously disappointedly not having his work carried out and we had the work done in the same day whilst the customer waited in our reception area. Needless to say he was now delighted!
